Operation 1st July 2019. Words cannot express my gratitude or Mr. Aziz Momin, Cardiac Surgeon and his team at St. George’s Hospital, London. Mr. Momin made me feel that I was in very safe hands. I was apprehensive about the operation but his friendly, informative and reassuring manner shown to myself and my wife, put us at ease. Immediately after finishing my quadruple bypass surgery (very late in the evening) Mr. Momin went out of his way to find my family to explain the procedure and to reassure them that it all went well. Mr. Momin regularly visited me in the hospital always with great care. Me. Aziz Momin is a great human being . May God bless and guide him always. Giuseppe Castiglione and Family.

Dr Aziz Momin is impressive, his consultation/bedside manner is attentive and self-assured which gave me confidence and reassurance that he was definitely the right man for the job. Hybrid Ablation for AF. I was in and out in 3 days,discharged at 7 weeks. I would like to thank him and his team for looking after me.

Dr Aziz Momin is AMAZING, his bedside manner is attentive and self-assured which gave me confidence and reassurance that he was the right man for the job. My recent triple by-pass was a complete success & although I have lost my hearing on the right side following the operation (I still hope someone will be able to tell me why and of course for my hearing to return to normal). I am very young to have needed this procedure and it came as a monumental blow but Dr Momin and his team at St Georges were incredible. I have no words that can tell you how grateful I am to this man or his team BUT needless to say I would not hesitate to recommend him to ANYONE

VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SMALL INSERTIONS MADE BOTH IN CHEST AND ARMS. FOLLOWING SEVERAL EMERGENCY VISITS TO GUILDFORD HOSPITAL MR MOMIN WAS ABLE TO QUICKLY IDENTIFY THE CAUSE AND AS A RESULT UNDERWENT TRIPLE HEART BYPASS AT ST GEORGES SOON AFTERWARD. IT IS NOW JUST OVER 2 MONTHS SINCE THE OPERATION AND THE SCAR ON THE CHEST IS FAST DISAPPEARING . SO SMALL THAT MANY FEMALES EXPRESSED THE WISH THAT THEY COULD SEW AS NEATLY
